NODULIZERS FOR DUCTILE CAST IRON (FE-SI-MG)
RIMA’s Magnesium Ferro Silicon is one of the best nodularizers in the market due to its low levels of magnesium oxide and aluminium, and high nodularization yield. This product is manufactured with RIMA’s own FeSi, Magnesium and CaSi, which guarantees excellent control of manufacturing process and a very homogeneous product.

FERRO SILICON %75 - HIGH PURITY FESI
The quality of the raw materials combined with the strict control of the Submerged Electric Arc Furnaces, developed in-hoouse by Rima, results in high quality homogeneous products. RIMA’s process is vertically integrated and environmentally friendly because they use carbon reductant (charcoal) from its own reforestation areas. The green process captures CO2 and releases O2 contributing positively to the green-house effect.
High Purity FeSi grades are used in the manufacturing processes of specialty steels, including guided and unguided grain steels, which are used in transformers, power generators and other electrical equipment.
